Cancellation Policy
We request at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancellation. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the full service booked. Late arrivals may receive a partial service of their scheduled time.


  • We ask that unless a child is here for an appointment, he/she remains in the reception area with proper adult supervision.
  • If you are receiving a spa service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  • Gift Cards do not expire and are always valued at the purchased price.
  • Gift Cards do not include gratuities and are non-refundable.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
